For managed IT providers

Independent testing that supports your client relationships

Your clients increasingly ask for evidence that their security works. We're interested in talking with MSPs about how scoped testing and retesting could fit alongside the services you already deliver.

Early conversations: We don't have a formal partner program, integrations or published partner terms yet. We're looking for a few MSPs to help shape how partner delivery should work.

Ways we could work together

Options we'd like to explore with you. The right model depends on your clients, your team and what each client agrees to.

Referral and co-delivery

You introduce a client who needs testing evidence. We scope and test, you stay in the loop on findings, and your team handles the fixes you already support.

Delivered under your brand

Some MSPs want testing presented as part of their own service. We're open to discussing branded reporting where our delivery partners' terms allow it. We'll be clear about what can and can't be rebranded.

Complementary testing

If you already run vulnerability scanning, we can focus on the questions scanning can't answer, such as whether weaknesses can be used together and how controls respond.

Verified remediation

You make the fixes. We retest and document that they worked, which gives your client something concrete to show their own customers or leadership.

Relationship boundaries

We're not here to take your client

An independent tester is only useful to an MSP if the lines are clear. These are the principles we'd want in any arrangement.

  • We don't compete for your client's managed IT or support contract
  • Remediation stays with you unless you and the client ask otherwise
  • Who owns the client relationship is agreed in writing up front
  • If we ever sell a product or service alongside testing, we disclose it
  • The client still signs the testing authorization for their own systems
