Privacy policy

Last updated November 1, 2026

This policy explains how the Viper Attack website handles information about visitors and people who contact us. It covers this website only. If you become a customer, how we handle testing data and findings is set out in your written engagement agreement.

Information we collect

When you browse

This site doesn't use analytics, advertising trackers or tracking cookies. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard technical information needed to deliver the site, such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, and may keep it in server logs for security and operations.

When you send an inquiry

When the inquiry form is open, it collects:

  • Your name and business email address
  • Your company name and, if you choose to give it, your role
  • Your company's approximate size and the service you're interested in
  • Your message
  • Confirmation that you read the privacy notice

Please don't send passwords, network details, security findings or other confidential information through the form. We won't ask for them there.

When you book a call

If you use our scheduling link, you'll be taken to Calendly, a third-party scheduling service. Information you enter there is collected and handled by Calendly under its own privacy policy, and shared with us so we can hold the call.

How we use it

We use inquiry details only to reply to you, discuss whether an engagement makes sense, and keep a record of that conversation. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for advertising.

Service providers

Your information doesn't stay only on systems we run ourselves. We rely on these providers, who process it on our behalf or under their own terms:

  • Netlify hosts this website and stores form submissions. Netlify screens submissions for spam using a third-party filtering service, which processes the submission content for that purpose.
  • Calendly handles scheduling if you choose to book a call.
  • Email providers carry our replies to you.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it, or to protect our rights or the safety of others.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry details only as long as needed to respond and follow up on a possible engagement, then delete them. If you become a customer, records related to your engagement are kept as described in your agreement.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under local law.

Security

We use reputable providers and limit who can access inquiry details. No website or transmission method is completely secure, so please keep confidential information out of web forms.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.

Contact

For privacy questions or requests, use the scheduling link on our contact page for now. A dedicated privacy contact will be listed here before the inquiry form opens.
